Virtual Program - Frequently Asked Questions
When you register for the 2021 AOCA Mid-Year Seminar, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct. Please reference the link below to review the agreement.
You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients. Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than March 12, 2021 via email at email@example.com. A refund less $100 administrative fee will be given for cancellations received by that date. AOCA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Payment in full is required in order to process online registrations. Please contact the registration office if you need to pay by check with an invoice, 503-635-4761 option 2. We welcome payments in the form of American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and checks payable to "American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists".
You will receive an email confirmation of your registration from the AOCA Registration database, (please add ‘email@example.com’ to your safe senders list). If you have not received a confirmation within 1 hour after registering, please look in your junk or spam folder, and/or contact that same email with questions.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AOCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in recordings, both live and on-demand, photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by AOCA and other third parties. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.
When will I have access to the virtual event platform?
All registrants will receive an email notification from AOCA, when the platform is available.
How do I log in to the virtual event platform?
All registrants will be provided with an email with the log in information the week of the conference.
Are there any engagement opportunities for Industry Partners/Business Suppliers?

Will sessions be recorded to access later?
Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until April 30. Registrants will also be able to continue chatting with exhibitors and other partners.
