American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists 68th Annual Convention - a Live Stream Conference
September 19-22, 2020 | Streaming Live
Message from AOCA President, Jeffrey Kyff, DO, FAOCA
AOCA cares. Our members remain a priority during these unprecedented times. We are responding to your need to feel safe.
Fully recognizing that every member’s situation is in flux – work furloughs, institutional travel bans, and heightened personal health and welfare concerns – AOCA’s goal is to make it easier for you to attend the Vital Anesthesia Practice Optimization Review – 68th Annual Conference, our first-ever VIRTUAL event!
We are excited to provide meeting attendees with 30 hours AOA category 1A and AMA category 1 credit. Jessica Goeller, DO, FAOCA has created a phenomenal program to truly engage all attendees and provide access to world-renowned presenters. From thriving in a pandemic to surviving a mass casualty event, you will see new and exciting topics that you can use right away.
AOCA leadership recognizes the financial strain this year has placed on members and will be offering this CME opportunity at a discounted rate. Additionally, this educational opportunity will be broadcast live and in an OnDemand format for two weeks. We realize that in this current environment, time away for meetings is limited, so attendees can work at your own pace and still earn up to 30 hours of CME.
We approach this format with some sadness because the highlight of our year is coming together in person to celebrate, develop as physicians, and reunite with friends. Be assured that the AOCA is committed to being together again. As the AOCA team pivots to use 21st century technology to safely bring you education this year, stay tuned for more information and directions. We look forward to connecting with you September 19-22 and beyond.
